That engine bay is a mess.

Yeah. those do not look good. They also don’t fit the boxy aesthetic on the flares and hood scoop.

Okay, I kind of lie the e30 front, and properly executed box flares are always a good idea... The taillights, and hood scoop are inexcusable, and terrible ideas from the get go.
Also those mirrors look they came off a power wheels.

This might be an unpopular opinion, but I actually really like this. It’s not perfect, of course. The mirrors are terrible, the hood scoop did not need to be there, etc. But for the most part, I don’t hate it at all and I actually want to see more stuff like this done with old M inis.

The amazing thing is someone put it a lot of time, effort, energy, and money into that, and, once it was finished, took a step back, looked at it, and thought to himself “yeah, that looks way better, job well done”.
Full of the sound of the Gran Fury, signifying nothing.

Oh, there is plenty out there. That’s the nice thing about there being a lot of chassis available and a strong aftermarket.
